We want your shopping experience with us to be as fabulous as you are! But in case something doesn’t work out here’s our easy store policies:
Size Exchange
If your item does not fit we will gladly exchange it for a different size. You must ship the item back within 7 business days after the confirmed delivery date. Please ship the item back to the address on the label via USPS ( first class or priority is fine). Any items received beyond the 7 business day time frame will be considered final sale.
Packaging must be well maintained and merchandise should fit accordingly inside return boxes or envelopes to prevent damage or over wrinkling upon return could be subject to 20% restock fee.
In the package you must include a note with your order number and size needed. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees for the replacement item. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
The returned item must be received unwashed, unworn, in new condition and tags attached.
Anything purchased at a discount will not be eligible for exchange or online store credit.
We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. We are not responsible for damaged, missing or packages lost in transit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package has been confirmed via USPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages.
Once you file a claim with USPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not delivered to the wrong address.
We highly reccommend that you upgrade your shipping to SIGNATURE REQUIRED if you have a history of missing packages that way a person at your address can sign and collect your package eliminating the possibility of it being stolen/lost.
